USD$ 60.00 for a single entry, USD$ 90.00 for multiple entries and an additional USD$ 30.00 for any rush services

Please note that it takes 3 working days to obtain a visa and 24 hours to get a rush visa

Passport issues

Download one form. (www.immigration.govv.rw)
Write a request letter addressed to the Director of Immigration in Rwanda. For children, both parents have to sign the letter, and provide a birth certificate.
Provide a copy of former Rwandan passport, driver�s license, a copy of green card, copy of valid visa.
Provide two colored passport pictures with a white background.
USD$ 100 for both new and renewal of old passports.

Include a return pre-paid envelope

Please note that it takes an estimated 60 days to obtain a new passport

Authorization allowing someone to pick up a passport:

Provide a notarized letter
Provide a copy of I.D

Other Administrative Certificates
Procuration or Letter of Proxy:

Provide $ 30.00 in money order, payable to the Embassy of Rwanda
Provide a copy of your I.D
Documents have to be notarized, by public notary
Include a return pre-paid envelope
