The Rwanda Embassy in Washington DC specifically provides political and economic analysis to support both bilateral and multilateral relations between Rwanda and the other nations.

Passport issues
Download one form. (www.immigration.govv.rw)
Write a request letter addressed to the Director of Immigration in Rwanda. For children, both parents have to sign the letter, and provide a birth certificate.
Provide a copy of former Rwandan passport, driver’s license, a copy of green card, copy of valid visa.
Provide two colored passport pictures with a white background.
USD$ 100 for both new and renewal of old passports.
Include a return pre-paid envelope
Please note that it takes an estimated 60 days to obtain a new passport
Authorization allowing someone to pick up a passport:

Provide $ 30.00 in money order, payable to the Embassy of Rwanda
